I have been photographing weddings for over 10 years and truly enjoy capturing the union of a man and woman as they enter life together. I married my best friend and love of my life 14 years ago and now have a wonderful (sassy) daughter and 2 dogs. I love my family and am truly blessed that I get to watch and document others making commitments to each other. I love what I do for a living. Each wedding inspires me to do even more and to be more creative. I love my brides, they are all so wonderful and it is such a privilege to get to know each one and create memories that mean everything to them, that they will treasure forever.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and studied photograhy during my years at UT Knoxville. Since graduating I have been the senior designer of two different advertising agencies before deciding to be a stay at home mom. While my daughter was a newborn I started photographing weddings and building my business. Today I use my graphic design more than ever in the digital photography world, designing cards, storybooks and retouching images.

My biggest hobby used to be taking photos, but now that it has been my full time profession for the past eight years, I tend to put my camera in time out every once in a while. So now my hobbies are spending time with my family, playing with photos on the computer, creating storybooks and hanging out with friends. I also enjoy teaching children about our Savior Jesus Christ every Sunday. I've been teaching sunday school pretty much ever since my daughter turned one year old. I also teach a kid's photography camp during the summer called Digital Kid Camp.

Photography is just so much fun! Every time I see a mom's face when she sees her newborn's photos, or capturing those expressions, I am so happy. It is a very rewarding profession to be a photographer.
